Removed little bug when moving groups to another dn. It has worked but an error has shown.

It's now possible to create and modify users if they're only using inetOrgPerson and posixAccount.

Now ot's possible to set up quotas for
more than one user in one call
Not completly tested yet.
masscreate.php should use this new behavior which
should make creation of many users much faster.
